Unless otherwise stated in writing, Oceanic Communications, LLC or it’s hosting clients can terminate hosting services at any time for any reason, provided a minimum of 3 (three) business days notice are given to either party or party’s company in writing either via postal mail or e-mail. Any refund, if applicable, will be calculated on a pro rated basis based upon days paid for minus days hosted as of the termination date.
